Shipping policy

At this time, we are only accepting orders from residents that live in the U.S.A.

Please Note: COVID-19 has affected processing and shipping time. Please be mindful that shipping deliveries can be delayed.

Please allow 3 business days for order processing and payment verification. 2-4 business days for domestic delivery. Please keep in mind that Saturdays and Sundays do not count as business days.

We ship all orders via USPS. We do not use any other shipping carrier at the moment.

 All customers will receive an automated shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the USPS tracking number and link. To track your package, copy and paste URL into browser search bar (https://www.usps.com//), enter your tracking number, and press the “track” button to get shipment details.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
